The International Council of Museums set the topic as “cultural landscapes” this year in order to attract more visitors to museums, and thus the preservation of religious heritage became a hot issue. According to Venerable Master Hsing Yun, the Buddha Museum was built not just for the preservation of gold or pearls, but for people to become enlightened. The Buddha Museum owns 48 Underground Palaces that will become a place for the preservation of religious heritages.
